The fine print
Everything you need to know before you book. Short version: be good neighbors and treat the place like your own.
Draft policies. Final versions need review by Lindsey Cooper, and a few items are still open decisions.
House rules
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- Pool and spa are used at your own risk. Kids need an adult with them.
- Trash and recycling go out per the schedule in the house manual. Isle of Palms is strict about cans left at the curb.
- Check in 4:00 PM, check out 10:00 AM.
Payment schedule
50% is due when you book. The balance is charged automatically to the same card 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival pay in full up front.
Cancellation

Damage waiver

Occupancy
Maximum 12 guests, set by the Isle of Palms rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. The reservation holder must be 25 or older and stay at the house for the whole trip.
Parking

Quiet hours
Placeholder. Quiet hours per Isle of Palms ordinance, typically late evening to morning. Sound carries over the marsh, so keep the music down outside after dark.
Pets
